That was amazing. I don't know who she is, but she just shamed a couple of mega corporations. I think this video will go platinum in less than two weeks (I'm leaving myself some wiggle room). I'm sure when Steve Ballmer sees it he'll groan something about a user uprising and maybe even throw a chair (It's the highest honor for a Linux advocate to have a chair thrown in her/his name).
